① ⚠️Online Reservations⚠️: Accepted until 7:00 PM the day before.

② Same-day seating: Accepted via phone. Please call after 10:00 AM. ☎️

③ Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.

(Ages 4–12; up to the end of elementary school)

④ Children under 4 years of age are not permitted to enter.

⑤ "Hand-feeding" experiences are available for children starting from 1st grade of elementary school.

⑥ If you fail to show up without notice (including cancellations made after the scheduled reservation time), we will refuse all future reservations and visits.

Additionally, if you cancel standard reservations three times in a row, we will ask you to refrain from making future advance reservations, as this inconveniences other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

⑦ Dates and times that are fully booked are listed under [Announcements]. ⭐️Please check this before making a reservation.

⑧ We operate on a 2-hour time limit. Our goal is to provide a space where customers can escape the city's hustle and bustle and spend a relaxing time with the squirrels.

We especially recommend that first-time visitors come when they have plenty of time to spare.

*We do not accept reservations in 30-minute increments.

*Please refrain from wearing perfume.

*Please refrain from wearing sandals or mules; there is a risk of having your toes bitten during the hand-feeding experience.

*Please contact us by phone for reservations from 4:00 PM onwards (as most of the squirrels will be asleep).
