ご入場料「平日：2500yen（税込2750yen）・土日祝：2900yen（税込3190yen）

春休み・夏休み・冬休みは、平日も土日祝料金となります。

③おやつ体験エリア（ケージ越しのみ）:おやつ400円（税別）

④リスさんの部屋（手のり体験ご希望のお客様）・エリア〈約5分550円（税別）〉

※5分ごとに課金するわけではございません。お一人様、一回、一匹のリスさんとの体験にかかる時間と費用ですのでご安心くださいませ。

ご入場料をはじめとする、すべての料金はお帰りの際にまとめて頂戴いたします。

お選びいただきましたグッズを、お帰りまでレジにてお取り置きすることも可能でございます。お気軽にお申し付けくださいませ。

※ご飲食中は保健所・動物愛護のセンターの指導のもと、③④エリアへのご移動はお断りいたしております。

※トイレはお店の外（階段の近く）にございます。ご利用の際はスタッフまで一声おかけくださいませ。

※リスさんたちは昼行性のため16:00を過ぎますとウトウトしはじめます。手のり体験やおやつ体験をお求めのお客様は、お早めのお時間帯をお選びくださいませ。

当店を初めてご利用のお客様は14:00までのご入店をおすすめしております。

Once you enter, a staff member will guide you to your seat.

Admission fee: Weekdays 2,500 yen (2,750 yen incl. tax) / Weekends & Holidays 2,900 yen (3,190 yen incl. tax).

During spring, summer, and winter breaks, the weekend/holiday rate applies even on weekdays. 

At your seat, we will carefully explain how our shop works.

(As this is a café, we ask that each customer orders at least one item.)

The shop is divided into the following areas:

① Café Area (One-order policy: please order at least one item per person)

② Merchandise Area

③ Snack Experience Area (through the cage only): Snacks are 400 yen (excl. tax)

④ Chipmunk Room (for those wishing to have a chipmunk perch on their hand): Approx. 5 minutes for 550 yen (excl. tax)

*Please note that charges do not accrue every 5 minutes; the fee covers a single session with one chipmunk per person, so please rest assured.

All charges, including the entrance fee, will be collected together when you leave.

We can hold any merchandise you select at the register until you are ready to leave; please feel free to ask us to do so.

Although our shop is compact, please make yourself at home and relax. ♪

*In accordance with guidelines from the public health center and animal welfare authorities, we do not allow movement to areas ③ and ④ while you are eating or drinking.

*The restroom is located outside the shop (near the stairs). Please let a staff member know if you wish to use it.

*As chipmunks are diurnal, they begin to get sleepy after 4:00 PM. If you wish to experience hand-feeding or giving them snacks, we recommend visiting earlier in the day.

For first-time visitors, we recommend arriving by 2:00 PM.
